PRECAUTIONS
Resistance bands should only be used with adult supervision. Do not stretch the elastic more than three times the original length, so as not to exceed the resistance limit of the rubber bands. Keep the elastic away from the face and never release it while under tension. It should not be stretched in a place where it can hit other people. Do not use if the elastic is cracked, torn or damaged in any way.
