GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

OzeanX Giveaway

1. ORGANIZING ENTITY

First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L, with Tax ID (NIF) B66534108, located at Calle Zaragoza, 1 – Local 10, 08860 – Castelldefels, is the promoter of the contest “Win a pair of OzeanX goggles.”

The purpose of this promotion is to conduct a non-contractual contest among users and customers of products manufactured and distributed by First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L, within Spanish territory. All natural persons who meet the conditions established in these rules may participate.

2. SPECIFIC RULES

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Any natural person over the age of 18 who meets the following conditions may participate:

To enter and try to win the prize, participants must:

  • Follow the Buddyswim Instagram account. LINK

  • Tag a friend and challenge them to a competition or upcoming challenge.

By entering the giveaway, participants expressly accept the privacy policy applicable to the giveaway, as well as these terms and conditions.

Only entries that meet the requirements described in the promotional material on the website will be considered valid.

NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE

  • Employees of First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L, and/or its collaborators.

  • Employees of companies and agencies involved in the promotion.

  • Direct family members of the persons listed in points 1 and 2.

  • Spouses of the persons listed in points 1, 2, and 3.

DURATION

The giveaway will run from March 4, 2025, to May 4, 2025, ending at 11:59 p.m. (Madrid time).

WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected on May 5, 2025, using the platform www.sortea2.com at the registered office of First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L.

The drawing will be public and published on both the company website (https://buddyswim.com/) and its social media platforms.

One winner and five alternates will be selected and announced on May 5, 2025.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the contest registration form.

The winner will have 72 hours to get in touch with First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L, to claim the prize. If they fail to do so, the first alternate will be contacted, and so on, until the fifth alternate. If none of the alternates respond within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited.

PRIZE ASSIGNMENT

The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged, altered, or redeemed for cash.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of both the general and specific rules. Recognition as a valid participant is subject to compliance with the requirements listed in section 2.

4. OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION

Participation will be done through a registration form.

Each participant must complete the required fields on the form hosted on the website or social media.

CONDITIONS

  • Registration implies following Buddyswim’s Instagram account.

  • Entries submitted outside the giveaway dates will not be accepted.

  • Participants agree that their data may be used for promotional and commercial purposes.

  • Winners consent to the use of their name and image by First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L, in promotional materials related to this campaign.

  • Participants must provide necessary contact details such as full name and email address.

  • Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L’s interpretative authority.

5. PRIZE

PRIZE

The prize is a pair of Ozean X goggles.

The prize is not redeemable for cash nor transferable.

By submitting personal data, users expressly accept the conditions described in these terms.

6. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

The winner agrees to the processing and transfer of their personal data for the purpose of receiving the prize. The responsibility for distribution, delivery, return, or any issues regarding the prize lies solely with First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L.

7. PUBLICATION OF WINNER IDENTITIES

Winners agree that their names may be published by First Blunae Corporation Group, S.L through any appropriate means within ten days after the contest ends.

9. OBLIGATIONS

All fields in the registration form must be completed. Omission of required fields may prevent participation.

11. IMAGE RIGHTS

Participants authorize the publication of their name and prize delivery photos on the organizer’s website, official communication channels, and social media. No financial compensation will be provided.

The Organizer reserves the right to conduct video or photo recordings ("the Productions") and publish them on its website or other media.

12. TAXES

Any taxes or obligations arising from participation or prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the participant.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any clause in these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses will remain fully enforceable unless declared null by a competent authority.

14. LIABILITY

The Organizer is not responsible for any damage or injury arising from participation, access to, or use of the prize unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

15. MODIFICATIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to interpret and modify these terms, including extending, suspending, or replacing the prize with one of equal or greater value, without prior notice or liability.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This promotion is governed by Spanish law. Both the Organizer and participants submit to the courts of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction.
