The Buddyswim neoprene swim hood is designed to keep your head and neck warm during open water swim sessions. Made with 2.5mm Trilaminate Warmth, a three-layer neoprene composition developed by Buddyswim to offer optimal protection and flexibility. Designed to go under the wetsuit and provide great thermal insulation for the head, face and neck. It can also be worn under a wetsuit cap for maximum thermal protection in colder waters.

Thanks to the exclusive 2.5mm Trilaminate Warmth tri-layer fabric, optimal thermal protection of the head and neck is achieved during open water swimming sessions.
MAXIMUM PROTECTION AGAINST THE COLD
The extended neck area prevents water ingress and improves chest and back protection against the cold.
SRC SYSTEM CLOSURE TECHNOLOGY
Smoothskin Rubber Closure System finish improves the fit of the hood to prevent water entry while swimming.

WATER TEMPERATURE RANGE
Depending mainly on the swimming weather situation and the personal preferences of each swimmer, the recommended water temperature range for the Trilaminate Warmth 2.5mm hood is from 8°C to 19°C.
WASHING AND MAINTENANCE
To keep your neoprene hood always ready, preserve its properties and prolong its life for a longer period of time, we recommend you to follow these simple steps for washing and maintenance.
1. Rinse it with fresh water after each use to remove any salt water or chlorine residue.
2. You can wash it in the shower with neutral ph soap and rinse it well afterwards to remove the soap residue.
3. Turn the hood inside out and let it dry upside down in the shade, preferably outdoors or in a well-ventilated place.
4. Once the inside of the hood is completely dry, turn it inside out again to finish drying the outside of the hood and it will be ready for the next time you need it.
WARNING
Hand wash in cold water. Do not tumble dry or iron.
